New Roofs Peterborough

There comes a point in every roof’s life where repairs stop making sense. If you’re calling a roofer out every winter, finding new leaks after each storm or noticing the roof line starting to sag, it’s usually a sign the whole structure has reached the end of its working life. Peterborough Roofing Company installs complete new roofs for homes and commercial properties across Peterborough, giving you a fresh start and a roof you won’t need to worry about for many years.

Every new roof we fit starts with a careful survey of the existing structure. We check the condition of the rafters, battens and decking, look at ventilation and insulation, and take into account the style of your property and any planning considerations. From there, we’ll recommend the right materials for your budget and the look you’re after, whether that’s natural slate, clay tiles, concrete interlocking tiles or a modern flat roof system.

Once the work begins, we strip the old covering back, repair or replace any timbers that need attention and lay a new breathable membrane before fitting fresh battens and your chosen roof covering. Ridges, hips, valleys, verges and flashings are all finished properly, because these are the details that decide how well a roof performs over time. The result is a neat, fully weatherproof roof that adds real value and kerb appeal to your property.

We know a new roof is a significant investment, which is why we keep you informed from the first visit through to the final check. You’ll know what’s happening each day, how long the job will take and exactly what you’re paying for. We also take care to protect your gardens, driveways and surrounding areas, and we leave the site clear once everything is complete.
